Perfect overcast weather for a run. Unfortunately I took a bad spill when I tripped on a part of the sidewalk that had buckled from a tree root. Banged up my knee, elbow and hand. Fortunately managed to keep my face off the sidewalk and out of the bushes! Had to walk the last two miles back to the car. :-( I think my knee is going to be stiff tomorrow.
