Posterous: Recommended by Guy Kawasaki

At BlogWorld Expo, I attended a keynote conversation between Guy Kawasaki and Steve Rubel. During the course of the conversation, Guy recommended a relatively new online tool called Posterous

The idea of Posterous is that you can post content - text, audio and pictures - simply by sending an email.

Email is ubiquitous at this point so technology like this can make it pretty darn simple to set up a site on Posterous and start sending email updates. Your Posterous site could serve as your blog, if you want, though you don't have the flexibility to design your page. However, it's another place to get your content on the Web and indexed by search engines.

You can also set up your account to automatically post to your blog (TypePad, Wordpress, Blogger) as well as post images to your Flickr account and tweets to your Twitter profile.

One stop posting.

To demonstrate, this post is being written as an email. We'll see what happens! I'm attaching a photo so I can check to make sure it gets posted appropriately.

Great way to 'blog' on the go, maybe just from your cell phone! Pix and all! I like it!
